Would love to see somebody talk about Wordpress template design for newbies

Lots of libraries, universities, individual educators, and non-profit humanities groups are using WordPress for various public and academic projects. I think it would be great to bring these people together to talk, brainstorm, and share ideas and use cases.

I would like to learn about Wordpress MU and Buddy Press.

I would like to see more about how WordPress is being used in the Enterprise particularly the enterprise WCM space. I'd even love to talk about it.

I'd love to have some other people take a look at one of my sites and give their thoughts about what could make them more effective. I hope there is a forum for open, yet somehow structured collaboration at our WordCamp.
